oRosendal is a new neighborhood near central Uppsala, where COBAB has now been entrusted with constructing a new preschool of approximately 1430 sqm with room for 108 children and cooking kitchen.
The preschool is built according to requirements for environmental building silver. through solar cell installations on the roof, low-saving luminaires, articulated lighting and sedum roofs.
